Ziu1 zi1 wo1 zang1 jyu1 ce1 fu3 noi6. Jat1 daan3 hung4 ci1 soeng1 ziu1 fei1 ceot1 cam4 sik6 wai6 zi6 kei4 nou4, lok6 co4 lau4 jyu1 wo1.

Ceoi4 hau6 de1 faan2 wo1 jyut6: “Ji5 ceot1 ho4 si6? Suk6 hoi6 ngai4 neoi5? Ji5 gaai1 ho4 dang2 zip3!”

Zi2 jyut6: “Hei1! Fu2 lai4 geoi6 mo1. Maau6 zat6 zaang1! Daai6 hon6 zuk1 jap6 wo1. Jyu1 si6 ng4 tai4 sam1 diu3 daam2 jo1!”

Fu2 jyut6: “O4! Ji1 hoeng3 ho4 cyu3 wong5?”

Zi2 jyut6: “Hoeng3 zi1 fong1 hang4.”

Fu2 jyut6: “Ng4 zoeng1 zeoi1 zi1. Jin4 zak1, mat6 faan6 sau4, hoi6! Ng4 bit1 gon2 zi1.”

Hung4 ziu1 naai5 zeoi1 mo1.

Fei1 jyu4 naai5 gin3 si1 lou6 soeng5 geoi2.

Koek3 hung4 ziu1 bat1 paa3. Lok6 jyu1 si1 zi1 bui3 soeng5 ci2 zaak3 maa6, jyut6: “Jyu5 hot3 dou3 ng4 gaa1 lai4 zip3 ng4 siu2 zi2?”

Si1 bat1 lei5 zi1 ji4 gai3 lung4.

Siu3 jung5 si6 jan1 ci2 gang3 hung1 maa6, jyut6: “Jyu5 ting1 ng4 gong2! Jyu5 mou4 kyun4 dou3 ng4 gaa1 lai4. Bing3 zoi3 lai4 ... ng4 ... Ng4 seoi1 bat1 cing4 jyun6 ji5 zok3 ...” Ji4 hiu1 jat1 teoi2, jyut6: “koek3 hang2 wui6 jat1 teoi2 daap6 po3 jyu5 bui3!”
