Huk pacha astawan sukhapi, tata papachiuchiqa kutimun wasinman.

– ¿Imataq chaykun kaypiri? Nin – ¿pitaq chirmasunkichis, wawaykuna? ¡ranp’achisqa kashankichis!

Carmelo Sardinas Ullpu– ¡Taytay! Huk jatun kuku tukuchan jamuyta, ninku. ¡Riqch’akurqa manchana millayman! Thapaykuta qhawarin tajyayta jatun ñawisninwan. ¡Chay manchachiwayku anchata!

– Qhawaniña, – nisqa tayta papachiuchiqa, – ¿Mayman ripunri?

– Allin, – uraykun chay cheqanman, nisqanku.

– ¡Suyaychis kaypi! – Nisqa tayta papachiuchiqa, – Qhatiykusaq. Ama ch’irmakuychischo astawan wawaykuna, ¡Katumasaq! – Qhepaqmanta phawaspa lluqsin paypa qhepanta.

Mayk’aj wintuta q’ewiykuspaqa, Pumallata jaqhaypi purijta qhawaspa.

Papachiuchiqa mana manchasqachu kashan. Pumaj patan wasapi qurpachan qhayqiyayta qallarin. – ¿Ima ruwasharqanki muyupayaspa wasiypi – nin, – wawaykunata ranp’achispa?
