Timmiaaɢaɢuuq quimi iniqaɢluni. Taamaaɬuniguuq aŋajuqqaavi aaɬaɢput. Piaqqamik niɢisassaannik ujaasiaɢtuɢlutik anisaɢiaqaɢput piaqqatik kisimiitiɬugit qimaannaɢlugit.

Sivitsuŋŋitsuq ataataat utiqqippuq.

“Susuqaɢamiuna?”, ataataat apiɢivuq. “Kikkut ajuɢtumik pigamisi? Iɢsisuɢujussuususi takusinnaavaɢa!”

“Ataataa”, uqaɢput, “iɢsinaɢtuɢsuaq aqqusaaɢami. Pinniitsuɢsuaq kiinaɢujussualik! Isiɢsuaminik iniŋŋuaɢput qulaaɬugu isigiinnaavikkamiuk. Iɢsiniɢmik sajuttuinnaŋŋuɢluta!”

Kisianni timmiaaɢaq iɢsiniq ajuɢpuq. Qaavanut miɢiaɢluni taannaqali liiviɢsuaq naviiliɢpaa. “Sussaɬutit aamma ininnut isiɢavit”, niɬiavuq, “piaqqakkalu iɢsitiɬugit!?” Liiviɢsuup suqutiginagu iŋiɢlaɢujuuginnaɢpuq.

Timmiaaɢaq suli nipittuɢniɢuliɢpuq kamaŋaaɢami. “Tamaani susassaqaŋŋivipputit! Utiqqikkaluaɢuilu pisassat pissavat! Taamaasiuɢusuŋŋikkaluaɢpuŋa”, uqaɢpuq niumilu aappaa kiviɬugu, “niɢiuɢsussavakkit … qitit napissavaɢa!”

Taava iniminut utiɢluni tiŋivuq.

“Qituɢnaŋŋuakka”, iqqissisaaɬuni uqaɢpuq, “tassa naviiqaaɢa. Takuqqikkunnaŋŋilaɢsi.”
