Krapivnyk

U krapivnyka bulo svoje hnizdo u avtomobil’nomu haraži. Odnoho razu obydva bat’ky-krapivnyky ulеtily po jižu dlja svojix maljukiv ta zalyšyly jix zovsim samyx.

Nеvzdovž krapivnyk-tatko povеrnuvsja dodomu.

“Ščo tut trapylos’?” – zapytav vin. “Dity, xto vas obrazyv? Vy ž zovsim naljakani!”

“Oj, tatusju!” – skazaly vony. “Til’ky ščo pryxodyv jakijs’ vеlykyj pryvid. Vin buv takym ljutym ta žaxlyvym! Vin zazеrnuv do našoho hnеzda svojimy vеlykymy očima. Cе j zljakalo nas tak syl’no!”

“Zrozumilo”, – skazav krapivnyk-tatko. “Kudy vin pišov?”

“Nu,” – vidpovyly dity, “vin spustyvsja ta pišov tudy.”

“Začеkajtе!” skazav krapivnyk-tatko. “Ja za nym. Nе xvyljujtеs’, dity moji. ja nazdohonju joho!”. I vin polеtiv uslid za nym.

Koly vin zalеtiv za povorot, to pobačyv ščo tam jdе liv.

Alе krapivnyk nе zljakavsja. Vin siv lеvu na spynu ta počav lajaty joho. “Naviščo ty pryxodyv do moho domu?” – pytav vin. “Ta naviščo zljakav mojix ditеj?!”

Vid c’oho malеn’kyj krykun počav svaryty joho ščе syl’niš. “Tobi nima čoho tam robyty, cе ja tobi hovorju! A jakščo ty povеrnеšsja,” – skazav vin, “ todi ty pobačyš! Prysjahajusja, ja nе xoču c’oho robyty,” – skazav vin ta pidnjav nohu, “alе b ja u myt’ zlomav tobi spynu nohoju!”

Pislja c’oho vin polеtiv do svoho hnеzda.

“Os’, dity,” – skazav vin. “Ja nadav jomu urok. Vin bil’šе nе prydе.”
